Marina Foltea is a senior international trade and public affairs advisor with over 20 years of experience advising multinational companies, governments, and international organisations. She holds a PhD in international economic law from the University of Bern and is a frequent speaker at global policy forums, including the WTO and European Parliament. Based in Geneva, she works at the intersection of law, policy, and global governance, with particular focus on WTO law, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), customs frameworks, and institutional engagement.
