Rupa Ganguli

Head of ESG and Inclusive Trade

Rupa Ganguli is an international trade and ESG advisor with over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of WTO policy, sustainability regulation, climate transition, and global supply chains. She advises governments, multinational corporations, and international organisations on trade-related ESG risks, EU due diligence requirements, climate and Scope 3 obligations, and evolving market access conditions.

Her work focuses on translating complex regulatory and policy developments into practical strategies that strengthen compliance, manage risk, and align supply chain operations with regulatory, investor, and stakeholder expectations. She brings extensive operational insight from work across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Europe, engaging directly with producers and suppliers to strengthen integration into global value chains.

Rupa holds an MSc in Textile Management from the University of Leeds and executive credentials in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and Transition to Net Zero Planning from King’s Business School. She began her career at the WTO and the UN International Trade Centre in Geneva.
